Association with people we don’t like, Separation from people we love

Longings  Desires we cannot fulfill  Unpleasant Environments/Natural Disasters

Human Conflicts: wars/ riots  Everything that changes: we cling to them.. Everything

It is a tempura, all parties end; life starts with crying, and ends in silent

There is an end to suffering: treatments

A path out of suffering: The medication and behaviors you can use to cure suffering the path to health and happiness.

Things that do not work: sensual things, material things, sensual pleasures, selfish, one-sided love destroys, and wanting to watch pleasures for the body with the six senses alone always end in negative results. Focusing on the problems only makes them stronger; willpower and knowledge cannot solve the problems we have!

Awakening is the beginning and requires training to tame the monkey mind of emotional responses without awareness.

These five physical senses, our interpretation of them by our mind, and how the unconscious mind(Monkey Mind) controls 90% of all our behaviors daily.

Eyes=800 points/ nose=800 points/ ears=1200 points/ Mouth and tongue=1200 points/ Body=800 points/ Mind= 1200 points…See things without attachment

Do not blame Salesmen (senses) but observe them, and monitor them. To say you can control yourself? Then why do you get angry, afraid, jealous, and do?

Insight Meditation is about knowing your mind, controlling your mind, and your action, through the power of concentration and focus.

The path out of suffering requires:

Actions, awakening from the trance we live in, insight into the problems, understanding how the mind works, taking the reconsidering medicine daily practicing and using them, using our inner wisdom within us put there by the creator of the universe we have ignored.

We are born with and acquire views and habits throughout life.

We label things based on our views, world things, or world views right or wrong, beyond worldview, wholesome views, hurtful views, and moral views. All are stored in our minds.

Insight Meditation increases focus awakens us then insight helps us understand, reconnect, and gain wisdom. Wisdom is not knowledge; wisdom can be cultivated by following the 8-fold path.

Morality; right speech, actions, lively hood.

Concentration; right effort applied, mindfulness of what you are doing or saying, concentration on out-of-control thoughts./ right wisdom; understanding, attention.
